Our annual Leadership Breakfast highlights the impact of our program, and celebrates the hard work and contributions of our clients, volunteers, and supporters.
The Chairman’s Award is given annually to a leader (individual, group or company) whose support of Career Collaborative's mission exhibits the three pillars of philanthropic work - Time, Treasure and Talent. The 2017 Chairman's Award is State Street Corporation.
The President's Award is given annually to a leader (individual, group or company) whose support of Career Collaborative's mission exhibits exemplary commitment in the quality and quality of volunteer time. The 2017 recipient of the President's Award is Santander Bank.
In recognition of the importance of working together with community agencies and entities, Career Collaborative celebrates its 20th Anniversary by initiating the Community Collaborator of the Year Award. This award recognizes an individual or group who exceeded expectations in contributing to the work required to assist people in building careers that change lives and strengthen families. The 2017 recipient of the Community Collaborator of the Year Award is David D'Arcangelo, Director, Massachusetts Office on Disability.
In special recognition of all participants who are the heart of Career Collaborative's program and mission, we honor one alumni each year to receive an award for outstanding achievement in their career field. This year, the year of our 20th Anniversary, we honor our first placement in Career Collaborative history - Alex Milasinovic, AVP State Street Corporation.
As a special tribute to our 20 years of delivering mission-driven program, we are featuring a special panel of seven of our wonderful alumni as the key note presentation.
